A drain that backs up once is an inconvenience. A drain that backs up repeatedly is a diagnosis you have not had yet. Between the two lie problems that no amount of caustic soda will solve: root ingress through a joint, a pipe that has bellied, sagged or collapsed, fat and silt hardened into a solid mass, or a fall that was never correct. Clearing the blockage without understanding it guarantees a repeat call-out.
We use drain rods, high-pressure jetting and CCTV survey equipment to find where the obstruction actually sits and what condition the pipe is in. From there the fix is matched to the cause — jetting for grease and silt, root cutting for tree ingress, excavation and repair or relining for damaged pipework, and gully or manhole work where access is the issue. We confirm flow is restored before leaving, show you what we found, and advise on what will prevent it recurring. Both surface water and foul drainage are covered, domestic and commercial.
