Your statutory right to cancel

When you book a visit online or by phone, consumer law gives you 14 days to change your mind, starting the day after you book.

If the work starts within the 14 days — for example a same-day or next-day booking — you can still cancel, but you may have to pay for the labour already carried out at the agreed hourly rate.

To cancel, contact us by phone on 0121 667 4946 or by using the booking form. You can use the model form below. Cancelling before the engineer travels costs you nothing.

Our cancellation fees

If you cancel or move an appointment:

• More than 48 hours' notice — booking fee refunded in full.
• 24 to 48 hours' notice — £25 of the booking fee is retained to cover scheduling.
• Less than 24 hours' notice, or no access on the day — booking fee retained.

If we cancel, or cannot reach you within the agreed arrival window, your booking fee is refunded in full and, if you prefer, the visit is rebooked at no extra fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 working days.
